Key Responsibilities
Analyze, investigate, and adjudicate life and annuity claims for timely and accurate payment of benefits
Obtain necessary reports and information to process claims
Respond to inquiries from agents, policyowners, and beneficiaries regarding claims and benefit information
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalency
Associate's degree in business or marketing customer service preferred
Two years of experience with life and annuity claims
LOMA and / or International Claims Association (ICA) coursework preferred
