TX Licensed Nurse Practitioner

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a Virtual Health Assessment role (100% Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventative care screenings, medication reconciliation, and provide health coaching and treatment

Outreach to members with chronic illnesses and engage those less likely to see their PCP

Cross-train in urgent care and virtual primary care services, ensuring compliance with applicable laws

Required Qualifications

DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from an accredited program

Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC)

Compact RN license (only applicable to NP)

3+ years of experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care

Licensed in Texas and at least one other specified state
