Salary : $20+ per hour DOE

From our locations in Jackson, WI, Fostoria, OH, Greenville, TX and Longwood, FL, we serve a wide variety of customer markets including distributors, co-ops, and retailers throughout the United States and internationally. Our Jackson, WI plant is eagerly seeking Production Associates to join our team!

Responsibilities include but not limited to :

• Stacking 50lb bags on pallets & wrapping pallets for shipping
• Mixing / blending material for fertilizer and ice melter
• Running and monitoring machines to ensure safety and efficiency
• Operating a forklift to move pallets between buildings
• Operating a front-end loader to transport bulk materials
• General cleanup of work areas
• Miscellaneous projects as needed (inventory, grounds keeping, etc)

This position is in a manufacturing environment with multiple buildings. The essential functions of this position will require walking outdoors in all weather conditions to other buildings on the grounds to attend meetings, take breaks, and perform various tasks. Walking distance from the primary workspace to other buildings can be up to or exceed 200 feet away. This position will require standing, walking, lifting 50lbs, stooping, climbing, seeing, hearing, reaching, reading, tolerance to cold or warm temperatures based on the weather conditions outside, and use of PPE including but not limited to wearing safety toe footwear and safety glasses.
