Our client in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a dynamic and organized Human Resources Generalist to join their team. This is a foundational role with room to grow—perfect for someone who’s ready to take ownership, wear multiple hats, and build a career in HR within a high-impact environment. The HR Generalist will facilitate all human resource activities in alignment with company policies and in compliance with state and federal regulations. This role touches every part of the employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to payroll and benefits administration. You’ll be the go-to person for HR operations, helping us attract top talent, streamline processes, and maintain a positive, compliant workplace culture. Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR role
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field (required)
• PHR certification (preferred)
• Familiarity with QuickBooks payroll (preferred)
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to federal contract requirements

Hours : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm

Salary / Pay Rate : $50,000 – $60,000
