A company is looking for a Senior Director, National Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with national and regional GPOs, LTC consultant pharmacy organizations, specialty pharmacies, and large health systems
Negotiate and manage contracts across multiple GPOs, ensuring competitive positioning and strong Gross-To-Net performance
Provide market shaping and brand promotional efforts throughout the life cycle of core brands
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, or related) is a positive
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Market access, strategic accounts, or related account management experience preferred
Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems, pricing policy, and reimbursement landscape
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving organization
