We’re hiring a Vehicle   Impound Coordinator to be the vital link between customers, tow companies, and inspection teams. If you thrive on multitasking, have an eye for detail, this is the opportunity for you!

Schedule : Monday–Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM - Hybrid

Location : Hybrid -4 days a week and 1work from home day.

Employment Type : Long term Temp

Pay : $19 to $20

About the Role

As a Vehicle Impound Coordinator , you’ll be responsible for reviewing impound notices from tow facilities, coordinating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring each step of the vehicle release process is handled efficiently and professionally. This position plays a critical role in streamlining operations and reducing vehicle downtime.

  • ? Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process impound notices received from tow companies
  • Contact customers and impound facilities to verify and negotiate vehicle pick-up fees
  • Schedule vehicle inspections and coordinate logistics with inspectors and facilities
  • Draft and manage documentation needed for releases and pickups
  • Manage and respond to communications via a shared team email inbox
  • Maintain accurate, timely records of each case

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience in the automotive or insurance industry
  • Strong clerical and typing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Comfort navigating shared inboxes and handling multiple priorities
  • Ability to negotiate fees and remain professional under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems
