Job Description

The Lube and Tire Technician, or General Service Tech, is an entry-level automotive technician role, ideal for starting your career. You will undergo comprehensive training from day one, covering all aspects of your role. As part of the team, you will perform maintenance services, ensuring safe and reliable transportation for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Change, mount, and install tires
  • Wheel removal, tire repair, balancing, patching / plugging
  • Perform quick lube duties such as lubrication and oil changes
  • Inspect and rotate tires
  • Conduct basic automotive maintenance like battery installation
  • Training provided for alignments, brake services, and scheduled maintenance

Compensation

The hourly pay ranges from $17.00 to $19.00, based on experience, plus incentives. Additional compensation may be available.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Automotive experience
  • Own basic mechanic tools or participate in tool purchase program
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Positive attitude and collaborative mindset
  • Ability to work overhead, stand long periods, lift 50 lbs
