This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge consumer and B2B products, collaborating across disciplines to ensure designs are not only functional and visually appealing but also manufacturable. Based in the vibrant city of Nashville, TN, this hybrid role will challenge and reward you with exciting projects and a chance to see your designs come to life.

Responsibilities :

• Own the mechanical design process for a variety of consumer and B2B hardware products.
• Create clean, production-ready CAD models, drawings, and perform detailed tolerance analyses.
• Develop creative and practical solutions to complex mechanical and system-level challenges.
• Collaborate with industrial design, electrical, research, and UX teams to ensure holistic product development.
• Guide suppliers through DFM (Design for Manufacturing) reviews, tooling, and production builds.
• Support EVT / DVT / PVT builds, addressing and resolving manufacturing challenges as they arise.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate designs using 3D printing, machining, and other hands-on tools.
• Specify materials and manufacturing processes that align with product goals and constraints.
