A company is looking for a Renewals Manager to drive the renewal process and enhance customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and roadblocks
Negotiate and execute renewal contracts and maintain a 180-day forecast of renewals
Identify up-sell / cross-sell opportunities and serve as the voice of the customer for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
2+ years of quota-carrying experience in Renewals, Sales, or Account Management, preferably in SaaS
Experience in managing a large book of business and handling a pipeline of large contracts
Understanding of revenue recognition policies and ability to negotiate SaaS agreements
Demonstrated skills in discovery, negotiation, and closing
Self-motivated with strong time and process management skills
