Cannabis Farm / Harvest Support

Work Location : Vernon Center, NY

Schedule : Seasonal On-Demand Agriculture Work - 20-50 hours / week weekdays & weekends through November.

Overview

Trimmr is seeking candidates interested in harvest support work within the regulated cannabis industry.

Y ou will gain hands-on experience in the cannabis industry, focusing on harvest and post-harvest processing activities. Working directly with various cannabis cultivators, you will learn and execute each step of the process, contributing to quality and efficiency for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity to develop the skills necessary for a successful career in this growing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Farm labor includes defoliating, bucking, sorting and harvesting plants.
• Perform harvesting tasks with speed and accuracy on cannabis farms.
• Assist with fresh frozen harvest process tasks as directed.
• Assist with drying and curing room tasks as directed.
• Keep workstations organized and sanitary in compliance with state and company regulations.
• Accurately record weights and batch data where required.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
