Our client, a global law firm with over 1000 attorneys, is looking for a Legal Recruiting Assistant to support their busy recruiting season from November - February. This is a great opportunity for a recent grad looking to gain recruiting and human resources experience.

Responsibilities will include :

  • Assist with recruiting activities for the firm's summer associate program
  • Schedule interviews across multiple timezones, gather feedback from interviewers, and coordinate next steps
  • Perform due diligence, including background checks and employment references
  • Manage applicant information in viDesktop, FloRecruit, and Symplicity
  • Assist with managing relationships with law schools

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Relevant work and / or internship experience in a law firm or other professional services environment
