Job Overview

Key responsibilities include : leading quality strategy, regulatory and standards compliance, quality systems management, customer quality leadership, supplier quality oversight, operational excellence, team leadership and development, metrics and reporting, product quality and reliability, risk and compliance management, cross-functional collaboration, audit and certification management, and voice of customer.

Job Requirements

Education and experience requirements include a bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, manufacturing, or a related technical discipline, a master's degree preferred with a focus in engineering, operations, or business, 10+ years of progressive experience in quality, operations, or manufacturing, 5+ years in a leadership / management role, proven expertise in quality management systems, strong experience in customer-facing quality, problem-solving, and escalation management, demonstrated success implementing lean, six sigma, or teoa methodologies, experience with regulatory compliance, and solid background in advanced quality, supplier quality, and global supply chain quality management.
