Administrative and organizational strengths; time management and prioritization; knowledge of fair housing / state law. Strong sales background; proficiency with on-site resident management software. Computer Skills : Intermediate computer and Internet knowledge; MS Word, Excel, Outlook; familiarity with Yardi, Voyager, LRO, Entrata, Resident Check preferred. Learning And Development : Commitment to ongoing professional development through company programs. Education : High school diploma or equivalent required. CPM, CAM, RMP, or CMCA certifications preferred but not required. Ability to perform intermediate mathematical functions and use on-site resident management software. Professional Experience : Two years of experience in residential community management in the multifamily industry required. Full-time Marketing and Sales

Supervisor : Community Manager, Multi-Site Community Manager, Area Support Community Manager, Senior Community Manager
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and handle leasing activities including showing units, processing applications, and managing move-ins.
- Update unit availability daily; process maintenance work orders; adhere to operating procedures and policies.
- Manage collections in accordance with company standards; maintain resident files for accuracy.
- Oversee move-in appointments and inspections to meet Red Tail’s standards; resolve resident complaints; conduct move-out inspections.
- Manage deposit accounting with Community Manager approval; maintain accurate account records (NSFs, rent allowances, concessions, rent increases, and other approved transactions).
- Provide clerical and phone support as needed and perform tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
