Responsibilities :
Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our businessConsistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities“Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customersOversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experienceGather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homesQualifications :
Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologiesA successful and proven sales history is preferredSelf motivated and able to perform tasks independentlyAbility to communicate effectively (oral and written)Organized and manages time effectivelyReal Estate License : Possess a valid Virginia Real Estate License, or are in the process of obtaining one.Customer-Centric Approach : Demonstrate a customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.Motivated and Ambitious : Exhibit self-motivation and ambition to achieve and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven approach.Adaptability : Show flexibility and adaptability in navigating the dynamic and sometimes unpredictable nature of the real estate market.Team Player : Work effectively within a team environment, contributing positively to the team culture and collaborating with colleagues for mutual success.Continuous Learner : Display a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, engaging in training programs and staying informed about industry trends and changes.Organizational Skills : Possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, paperwork, and transactions simultaneously.Problem-Solving Skills : Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges that may arise during real estate transactions.Ethical Conduct : Adhere to ethical standards and conduct business in a manner consistent with industry regulations and legal requirements.Driving License and Reliable Transportation : Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for property visits, client meetings, and other job-related activities.About Company
