We are searching for a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to work in our residential program located in Richmond, VA. This position is responsible for performing renovations, repairs and preventive maintenance of Learning Services houses, apartments and office spaces, as directed by the Facilities Supervisor. This role is responsible for completing all work assignments in accordance with the company’s quality standards and pre-assigned job specifications, as well as assuring that deadlines are met for all projects.

Duties :

Tree of Life has determined that all staff are at risk for exposure to potentially infectious materials based on the duties entailed in working with clients or in an office setting. This position has been classified as a role within the organization that may incur occasional occupational exposure based on the job’s duties and responsibilities
