Project Coordinator
Location : Houston, TX
Pay : $25 - $30 / hour

Overview :
The Project Coordinator supports project execution and customer satisfaction by coordinating schedules, manufacturing requirements, and deliveries between clients and internal departments. This role ensures all project milestones are met accurately and on time, with clear communication across teams and with customers.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project schedules, submittal requirements, manufacturing timelines, and delivery needs.
- Collaborate with customers to define and clarify project documentation, submittal requirements, and construction sequencing details.
- Coordinate with internal departmentsincluding scheduling, purchasing, production, and dispatchto ensure project milestones align with customer expectations.
- Monitor project progress and proactively communicate updates, potential delays, or changes in delivery schedules to customers.
- Maintain continuous communication with the Sales team to provide updates on order status, challenges, and completion timelines.
- Review and track orders from start to finish to ensure accuracy and adherence to customer and company standards.
- Support documentation control, reporting, and data entry in SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Assist with resolving customer inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project coordination efficiency and customer experience.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a project coordination role; construction or manufacturing industry experience preferred.Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems strongly preferred.Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and time management.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across multiple departments.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
