Job Description

Job Description

Salary : $40 - $50 / hr

Anteris Technologies is a global structural heart company dedicated to revolutionizing cardiac care. With offices in Minneapolis, MN, US; Geneva, Switzerland; and Brisbane and Perth, Australia, we have a growing and inclusive team.

Our mission is to forge new frontiers in cardiac care by pioneering science-driven and measurable advancements to restore heart valve patients to healthy function. Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) technologies were originally designed for older, high-risk patients. Today, younger, more active patients need a better solution that will not just open and close but restore healthy heart function. We seek to restore healthy blood flow patterns by creating the worlds first biomimetic TAVR valve, DurAVR THV. This cutting-edge valve, incorporating our proprietary ADAPT anti-calcification technology, is designed to mimic the natural function of a healthy heart valve.

We are seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team on a contract basis to support high-volume recruitment across production, manufacturing, and technical operations. The ideal candidate has experience working in the medical device or life sciences industry and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where attention to detail and a positive candidate experience are paramount.

This role will focus on filling positions such as Production Assemblers, Technicians, Quality Inspectors, Process Operators, and related manufacturing support roles, while collaborating closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and external staffing agencies to meet aggressive hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly and technical roles, from requisition approval to offer.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using a variety of tools, including job boards, employee referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate interviews, provide timely communication to candidates, and ensure a consistent and professional experience.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support recruiting metrics, dashboards, and hiring reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR and Operations to plan onboarding schedules and ensure smooth candidate transitions.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times, upholding our AORTIC values and commitment to quality and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in medical device, pharma, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Proven success in high-volume recruiting for production, assembly, or technical roles.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter (Greenhouse, BambooHR, or similar).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and candidate care.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Preferred Experience

  • Knowledge of FDA, ISO, or GMP requirements related to hiring in regulated industries.
  • Previous experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites or shifts.
  • Familiarity with contingent workforce management or agency partnerships.
  • Bilingual (English / Hmong) strongly preferred.
