Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Raleigh Metro

We’re seeking passionate BCBAs across Raleigh, Garner and Holly Springs to deliver life-changing ABA therapy services. Our team offers strong support, growth opportunities and one of the most competitive compensation packages in North Carolina.

Your Role :

Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans

Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians

Partner with families, schools and health providers

Monitor progress and ensure quality outcomes

Requirements :

Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field

Active BCBA certification

2+ years ABA experience preferred
