What you’ll be doing

  • Organize, monitor and ensure consistent operations of the residential homes
  • On Call support for programmatic needs
  • Ensure timely completion of management responsibilities including but not limited to employee evaluations, supervisory meetings, staff meetings, approval of staff requests
  • Oversee budget development and monitoring of revenue vs expenses
  • Provide coverage to residential homes in the absence of the manager
  • Coordinate and conduct department staff meetings
  • Ensure programs operate in compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Provide after hours on call coverage
  • Participate in audit preparation, referral assessments, intakes, discharges etc.
  • Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record according to HN corporate policy
  • 5 - 10 years’ experience in a relevant position
  • Prior background in health and / or human services
  • Experience with IDD individuals and working with CMH requirements, preferred
  • Demonstrated computer skills in MS Office applications. Knowledge of health care information management systems preferred
  • Previous supervisory experience
