Join a fast-paced team in Cannon Falls, MN as a 2nd Shift Production Assembler and help bring custom equipment to life in this hands-on role running only through the end of the year ! You'll operate equipment safely , perform assembly tasks , hang and grind parts , apply graphics or labels , and prep products for shipment -all while collaborating with engineers and practicing efficient layout methods to boost productivity. Success in this role calls for experience with hand and power tools , the ability to read tape measures and blueprints , and a team-first attitude with solid mechanical know-how . If you're ready to finish the year strong with solid pay and shift differential , this is your chance to jump in and make an impact .
