Operations Supervisor

Production, Shipping & Warehouse

Chemtek is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Supervisor with the drive and leadership skills to grow into a General Manager role. This position is key to ensuring our products are manufactured, packaged, and delivered on timesafely, efficiently, and with the highest quality standards.

What Youll Do

Manufacturing & Warehouse Operations

  • Lead day-to-day production and warehouse activities to ensure consistent output.
  • Manage product packaging, product quality, safety, and shipping
  • Supervise a team of 4-6 Employees (hiring, training, performance management).
  • Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations
  • Implement Acumatica and E-Workplace ERP manufacturing floor controls
  • Continuously improve processes with lean S5 principles.

Shipping & Logistics

  • Manage all shipping operations to guarantee on-time deliveries.
  • Oversee HAZMAT and export shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate packaging and quality control to meet customer expectations.

    • Safety & Quality

  • Enforce and enhance safety protocols across all departments.
  • Maintain high-quality standards throughout production and shipping.

    • Customer Experience

  • Support Chemteks customer first philosophy by ensuring every order leaves our facility correct, compliant, and on time.

    • What Were Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, shipping, or plant operations.
  • Proven leadership and managerial experience.
  • Knowledge of S5 or lean manufacturing (strongly preferred).
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • A hands-on leader who motivates teams and drives continuous improvement.
