Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple remodel construction projects for franchisee or corporate-owned assets

Coordinate with various vendors, including architects, engineers, and contractors

Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success

Required Qualifications

Experience in construction management or a related field

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Familiarity with program management and forecasting

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders

Knowledge of construction processes and regulations
