JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client, an AM Law 50 firm, is looking to hire a several Document Services Operator at their offices in New York City, 10019. These are full time, direct hire roles paying an annual salary of $95K to $105K plus a performance-based bonus and excellent benefits package.
Our client is looking for a highly skilled, FT document-processing operator joining the Document Services Team.
Responsibilities :
- Processes and troubleshoots documents in Word 2016, Excel 2016, PowerPoint 2016 and Visio 2016, often using advanced tools and collateral software to complete tasks. Specifically :
- DocXtools
- Best Authority
- OmniPage Pro
- Contract Companion
- Kofax Power PDF
- Creates and edits forms using Adobe Acrobat DC.
- Completes and returns assigned work to supervisory staff in a timely fashion, particularly jobs having strict deadlines.
- Collaborates in a team environment to complete complex projects.
- Works directly with attorneys on assignments.
