Elawa Farm Foundation’s mission is to steward a historic farm that enriches greater Lake County as a
center for experiential learning to broaden access to education, nutritious food, and our local food
system. We gather community through food and agriculture with a sustainable farm, weekly market,
café, learning kitchen, farm animal program, and educational programming for youth and adults.
Private events at Elawa Farm—including weddings, corporate dinners, and weekly farm-to-table
community gatherings—support our philanthropic mission and provide guests with meaningful
experiences rooted in hospitality and community.
Position Summary
The Banquet Server plays a vital role in creating exceptional guest experiences at private and
community events. This position supports the Events Team with high-level service, event setup and
breakdown, and seamless coordination to ensure every occasion reflects the quality and mission of
Elawa Farm Foundation.

Status : Part-time, seasonal, non-exempt
Compensation : Hourly rate is $25 / hour
Education : Highschool diploma or equivalent required; additional hospitality or service training preferred.
