Primary Care Physician / Geriatrician

ZRG Partners has been retained to recruit a Primary Care Physician for the Center for Elders' Independence (www.cei.elders.org) in the San Francisco Bay / El Sobrante areas.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a rapidly growing PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) organization that uses a highly collaborative interdisciplinary team approach to care planning and implementation for the purpose of providing high quality, affordable, integrated health care services to the elderly. Primary care physicians at CEI are empowered providers who prioritize building strong relationships with their participants and their families, spending substantial time with each participant, with a manageable patient load ranging from 50 to 70.

CEI’s physicians report directly to their Chief Medical Officer, Dr. James Mittelberger, a nationally recognized physician leader who has dedicated his career to the care of vulnerable patients across the continuum of care from hospital to home.

CEI is committed to its team members having work / life balance. Their centers are open from 8AM-5PM weekdays, with physicians sharing on-call duties. All employees receive generous benefits, 10 company holidays, 4 floating holidays, and an initial accrual rate of 16 PTO days per year.
