About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) – Med / Surg

Location : Alturas, CA

Shift : Day - 8 hours

Pay - $3430 / weekly

Job Summary :

We’re seeking a dedicated Med-Surg RN to provide high-quality, compassionate care to adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide direct nursing care to adult med-surg patients

Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and overall patient status

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Collaborate with physicians and care teams on patient care plans

Document patient care accurately in the EMR

Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and health maintenance

Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers

Job Requirements

Requirements :

Active RN license in California

2+ years of recent Med-Surg nursing experience

BLS – Required

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills

Familiarity with EMR systems and evidence-based care practices
