Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's level degree or higher in STEM and / or equivalent experience / combined education.
Prior Mechanical or Electrical quality engineering experience developing and reviewing quality standards, methods, work instructions and procedures for the inspection of manufactured and procured products.
Able to interpret drawings and specifications to develop and apply quality test, inspection methods and work instructions.
Hands on experience dealing with inspection of hardware and rework / repair of hardware.
Demonstrated ability to use causal analysis tools.
Experience in disposition of non-conforming products.

You will be the Senior Quality Engineer for the Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) team at the Red River Army Depot in Hooks, TX. Our team is responsible for developing and maintaining quality evaluation and control systems to ensure exceptional performance and reliability.

Desired skills

AS9100 interpretation, application experience, and compliance auditing.
Experience with performing First Article Inspections to AS9102 requirements.

Demonstrated understanding of audit techniques.
Experience developing quality standards, methods, work instructions and procedures for the inspection of manufactured products.
ASQ Certification or Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt / Black Belt).

Pay Rate : The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $81,600 - $143,865. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate\'s work experience, education / training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
