About the Role
You’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality desserts, bases, and components that support both the kitchen and the mixology team. This includes working on pastry production, clarifications, infusions, and ingredient prep used in our world-class cocktail program.
The role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about both pastry and liquid flavor development. You’ll be working closely with our chefs and mixologists to execute recipes with exact measurements and consistency.
