Funding and Disbursement Specialist

Job Summary :  We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Funding and Disbursement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accurate and timely funding and disbursement of funds for real estate transactions. This role involves balancing files, handling administrative tasks, communicating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This is an in-office position.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the receipt, allocation, and disbursement of funds for real estate transactions.
• Prepare and process wire transfers, checks, and other disbursement methods with precision and accuracy.
• Balance files by ensuring all transactions and financial records are accurate and reconciled.
• Coordinate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation.
• Review and verify the accuracy of all documents related to the funding and disbursement process.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for each transaction.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the funding and disbursement process.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any discrepancies or issues related to funding and disbursement.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the escrow officers and management.
