Associate Attorney Probate and Trust 3- 5 years experience

High growth, fast pace boutique law firm specializing in all aspects of Trusts / Estates / Probate / Conservatorships / Trust Litigation / Trust Administration is looking for a high energy Trust and Probate associate. The ideal candidate will have at least a minimum of 4- 5 years of experience in Trusts / Estates Litigation / Probate. As a boutique firm, the position requires cross-over in all areas of trusts / probate / trust litigation. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Probate and Trust attorney to work with our team. You will be responsible for analyzing and understanding the facts of cases, preparing and presenting legal arguments in court and counseling clients on their legal rights. This position is available for an ambitious individual who wants to make a difference to their clients and the company. We're seeking attorneys who are committed to professional excellence and passionate about their work. Candidate should be someone that is interested in growing with the firm and is motivated, hard-working and has an excellent work ethic, but still enjoys a balanced life!
