Job Description

We are seeking an Experienced Paralegal to become a part of our personal injury team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' litigation needs, primarily in the areas of motor vehicle accidents and medical malpractice.

Responsibilities :

  • Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
  • Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents, including written discovery and settlement demands
  • Conduct research to support legal proceedings
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with case deadlines and state and federal statutes
  • Record and store client information

​ Qualifications :

  • Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field
  • Familiarity with legal research
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
