A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Conducts outreach to qualified patients while adhering to policies and procedures
Articulates clinical services to encourage patient engagement and program participation
Handles inbound and outbound calls, performs data entry, and maintains documentation of calls
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
2+ years of Customer Service experience
Ability to work any of the 8-hour shift schedules during normal business hours
