Registered Behavior Technician

Job Summary :

The RBT at Elite Spectrum ABA is entrusted with a great deal of responsibility for the care of their patients. They must work within the guidance and oversight of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and / or RBT Supervisor, to deliver behavior analysis services and techniques to the best of their abilities.

Primary Job Responsibilities :

• Implement procedures such as continuous and discontinuous measurement.
• Collect data on client behaviors electronically.
• Describe the behaviors and environments in observable and measurable terms.
