Facility Information : Shifts : 5a-1p, 9a-9p, 12p-2a, 5p-5a, 7p-7a, 10p-8a Weekend Requirements : Yes On Call Requirements : No call Requirements : Must have FL state medical license and DEA at time of presentation Clean malpractice / background for temporary privileges Board Certified in Emergency Medicine Submission of self-query NPDB and EPA with presentation Availability for both day and night shifts Additional Information : Availability details including start date, number of shifts per month, shift preferences, and open months in the schedule. Florida state medical license is required. ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications and DEA are necessary.
