About our company
We are looking for an energetic, multi-skilled marketing lead to initiate our marketing and communications effort across North America for our Camira and Luna brands. This role will drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales support through digital communications, content creation, events, and product launches, sales tools, and the oversight of our outsourced fulfilment center.
Purpose
You'll collaborate closely with our internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful, locally relevant marketing that aligns with our global brand direction, while optimizing efforts and maintaining compliance to budget.
Key Responsibilities
1. Communications & Content
- Lead our North American social media channels : planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing content as well as lead community engagement.
- Localize and update content across our North American websites, ensuring correct tone and messaging in line with brand values while regionalizing the content to remain appropriate for the market specifically.
- Create and deliver targeted marketing campaigns that respond to industry trends, product innovation, and seasonal / cultural moments.
- Leverage key awareness days, sporting events, and industry happenings to boost engagement and visibility.
- Research and activate local initiatives and collaborations, be it with influencers, academia or for corporate social responsibility.
- Collaborate to create ‘on trend’ layouts, rotations, storytelling, etc.
3. Product Launches
Plan and execute regional product launch campaigns, including PR / media outreach, sales toolkits, photography, and event activation in an effective and systematic timeline / timeframe.Support training and marketing needs for Direct and Independent Reps.Lead positioning and messaging to the OEM markets for potential inclusion into their graded in programs.Address the uniqueness of vertical segments and include messaging / imagery that is in line with those specific verticals.4. Events
Lead the planning and coordination of local industry events, trade shows, and customer-facing experiences.Participate in local network eventsOrganize / spearhead annual trade shows in collaboration with HQ marketingDevelop and coordinate e-blasts, digital newsletters, and customer updates.Work with UK to optimize website performance….featured products, analysis of what is being sought out, colorways, products, stories, etc.Align digital outreach with sales objectives, target lists and customer journey touchpoints.Work and collaborate closely with Camira’s UK-based Group Marketing and Creative Teams to align regional activity with global strategySupport on global marketing activities in other geographies and segmentsMonitor and report on key marketing KPIs, competitor insights, and market trends to inform strategic planning.Ideal Candidate
A strategic communicator with hands-on execution abilityExperience in regional marketing roles, preferably in B2B, design, textiles, furniture, or interiorsStrong understanding of North American market dynamics and channelsProficiency in digital marketing platforms, content creation, and event coordinationHighly collaborative, detail-oriented, and self-motivatedOur success lies in our customer’s success.
