Job Summary
The BODYBAR Pilates Studio Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets through management of studio staff and membership operations. This individual is responsible for the implementation of the studio’s sales process and member retention strategies, trains and manages the sales team, and serves as the face of the brand both in and out of the studio. The role requires someone with sales, management, and leadership experience. Boutique fitness experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
Achieve monthly revenue targets through implementation of BODYBAR sales process designed to preserve monthly membership draft
Preserve product mix and established monthly rates; collect any outstanding duesImplement member retention strategies to increase loyalty and drive referralsSelf-generate leads via grassroots marketing, partnerships, and member referralsSchedule and participate in local networking and community eventsRecruit, train, schedule and supervise sales staffEvaluate performance of sales staff and instruct on methods of improvementEnforce all policies and proceduresMaintain studio cleanliness and organizationMerchandise the retail in the boutique to drive salesManage inventory and organization of all administrative supplies and formsCreate community at the studio through engagement with members before and after classQualifications
2+ years of retail, service, or fitness sales experienceTarget-driven with a proven track record in achieving sales quotasAdept in self-generating leads via community events, partnerships, and referralsExcellent communication skills in-person, via phone and emailHighly organized; able to prioritize and meet deadlinesProfessional, trustworthy, and punctualProficient with client management softwarePassionate about fitness and building communityExperience in business growth and leadership preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
