Must-Have : COVID-19 Vaccine Required - Medical / Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed. Flu Vaccine Required - Medical / Religious Exemptions Only.

Description :

Location is in Central Region covering multiple counties.

Mileage reimbursement is provided at federal rates.

Candidates will be reviewed by clinical staff to determine clinical fit.

If the clinical pass is within guidelines, candidates will be sent to the manager for a final decision.

Clinical screens will be on a case-by-case basis.

Manager will conduct interviews.

Traveler is expected to work 2 out of 3 major holidays if needed.

Candidates may need to care for COVID patients.

Facility is tobacco and fragrance-free.

Patient age groups include adults and geriatrics.

Daily census is approximately 400.

The number of visits per day is 6.

The candidate will work with interdisciplinary support including Physical Therapy and Social Services.

Traveler will follow established patient care protocols, including safety and injury prevention measures.

Experience with charting systems is required.

Candidates must have knowledge and skills in various rehabilitation techniques and patient assessments.
