Initially established as a chlorination equipment service company, we have expanded to encompass all aspects of water industry services for municipalities, industries, and large commercial and institutional pools. Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Construction Management Intern with a background in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or Construction Management to join our team. This role is ideal for a master’s student, recent graduate, or early-career professional who combines technical knowledge with leadership qualities and wants to grow into a Project Manager role within 18 months.
You will work directly with senior leadership and project managers to coordinate field operations, streamline logistics, and implement modern management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support operations for municipal construction, water treatment, and service projects
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Coordinate material procurement, logistics, and vendor communication
- Play a key role in business development by forging partnerships with new vendors and potential clients, assisting in converting leads into active business, and supporting the growth of our service operations.
- Help standardize workflows using Procore, QuickBooks, and other software tools
- Be keen on implementing best in class AI tools to transform company processes
- Shadow company leadership and gradually take on supervisory responsibilities
- Identify process improvements and implement solutions
Qualifications
Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or Construction Management or similar fieldStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsDemonstrated leadership ability (team projects, internships, or work experience)Comfortable working with both field crews and office systemsExperienced managing typical project operations for large scale construction projects such as specification review, RFI submissions,Familiarity with construction project management software a plus (Procore, MS Project, etc.)Eager to grow into a management role and take ownership of company operationsCompensation & Growth Path
