Your role will include :

• Supporting the Phlebotomy Supervisor in achieving departmental goals and objectives, including training and monitoring the staff.
• Traveling to multiple phlebotomy worksite locations as needed.
• Delivering exceptional patient care and customer-focused service.
• Performing venipuncture on patients of all ages.
• Collecting and preparing non-blood specimens.
• Ensuring accurate specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering.
• Promoting safety, compliance, and quality control in all procedures.
