Admin / Social Services Desk Assistant

Are you friendly with excellent customer service and phone skills? We are seeking volunteers to assist at our Administration / Social Services Reception Desk by answering phones, assisting walk-ins inquiring about social service programs, and those with administrative needs. A pleasant demeanor, good customer service skills, and dependability are required. We are looking for a volunteer on Friday afternoons from 12 to 3 p.m.
