About the Role :

As a Project Superintendent, youll be the on-site leader responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence across multiple commercial projects. Youll collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to bring complex builds to life.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to finish
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets
  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress reports
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practices
  • Experience in sectors such as healthcare, K-12 schools, retail, and restaurants
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
