Here, you will make an impact by :

• Leading the team of project managers to build scale and project management excellence
• Leading R&D commercialization process and rhythm to ensure data adherence, gaps to be identified and escalated, and accurate reporting on 3M GROW NPI dashboard, NPI results & forecast, RPM (resource portfolio manager) on R&D resources
• Developing and maintaining division processes and dashboards to track lab, division, SIBG, and corporate KPIs & metrics
• Contributing to strategic planning with review and analysis of commercialization performance
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support corporate and BG requests on strategic planning, QOR, QFR, etc.
• Managing the lab indirect budget
• Working with corporate R&D and SIBG commercialization team for continuous improvement of commercialization process, ensuring execution / compliance with commercialization standards and expectations / processes
• Proposing, developing, and leading initiatives to increase the impact of commercialization globally

Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to 3M Center site at least 4 days per week)
