The Registered Nurse (RN) provides nursing services utilizing a comprehensive base of nursing theory.\n\nReports To : Clinical Supervisor\nProvides Supervision To : NA No supervision responsibilities\n\nResponsibilities\n
Assume accountability for professional nursing practice, following the state Nurse Practice Act and home health standards.\n
Conduct physical assessments, including client admissions and reassessments, as directed by the Clinical Supervisor.\n
Report changes in the client condition to the medical practitioner and care team promptly.\n
Contribute to the development and adjustment of client care plans.\n
Demonstrate technical nursing competency, especially in administering infusions, injectables, and IV access.\n
Practice nursing with respect for individual, cultural, and spiritual differences, adhering to Agency policies.\n
Promote safety, infection control, and continuous quality improvement in client care.\n
Maintain confidentiality and engage in ongoing professional development.\nQualifications\n
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. BSN preferred.\n
Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) of practice.\n
Proficient in various infusion and injectable medications, including peripheral intravenous (IV) starts and accessing infusion ports.\n
Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.\n
Current CPR certification.\n
