A Milwaukee-area law firm seeks a full-time paralegal to support a probate and estate planning attorney. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in probate, trust administration, and estate planning.
Responsibilities :
Prepare and file probate documents, including petitions, inventories, accountings, and related legal forms under attorney supervision.
Assist with estate planning document preparation, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
Manage case files, track deadlines, and maintain organized documentation.
Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, and coordinate document execution.
File documents with courts and government agencies as needed.
Support attorneys with legal research, scheduling, and preparation for client meetings.

Requirements : Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal setting, with direct experience in probate and estate planning required.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal practice management software.
