We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Infectious Disease Physician to join our team in Gillette, Wyoming. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to specialize in bacteriophage therapy, engage in clinical research, and provide comprehensive care focused on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of infectious diseases. You will work in a collaborative outpatient setting with no on-call responsibilities, ensuring a balanced professional lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and lead bacteriophage therapy programs, including clinical research initiatives.
Diagnose, treat, and manage patients with infectious diseases using evidence-based approaches.
Collaborate closely with patients to formulate individualized treatment plans.
Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests to evaluate disease progression and treatment efficacy.
Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to clinical protocols and regulatory requirements.
Requirements :
MD or DO degree with completed fellowship training in Infectious Diseases.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Infectious Diseases (ABIM certification).
Active Wyoming medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
Current DEA certificate.
Extensive knowledge and experience in bacteriophage therapy is required.
Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
