Rewarding Safe, Strong Starts We believe in rewarding great performance right away. New hires can earn a monthly incentive during their first six months - based on miles driven and safe driving.

CDL-A OTR Truck Driver Job Highlights :

  • Pay : $0.62 CPM - $0.66 CPM (based on experience)
  • Schedule : Out 10-12 days, home 2 days
  • Customer : Dedicated account
  • Freight : No-touch, dry van
  • Drive Smart. Earn More.
  • Miles + Safety = Monthly Bonus

$0.025 / mi under 3 yrs (first 6 months) or $0.05 / mi with 3+ yrs exp

  • State-of-the-art, late-model tractors and trailers equipped with APUs
  • Vacation pay $1,000
  • Weekly direct deposit payroll settlements
  • Accessorial pay, Detention pay, and Layover Pay
  • Stop pay (excluding first and last pick up / drop off)
  • Pet and Rider program available
  • Military experience accepted!

    • CDL-A OTR Truck Driver Job Requirements :

  • Minimum age of 21
  • Must have a valid CDL-A commercial driver's license
  • Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
  • Safe driving record (no serious violations or patterns of irresponsible driving)
  • 6+ months recent tractor-trailer experience preferred
