Shift / Day Requirements : Tuesday & Wednesday, 10 : 00 AM – 6 : 30 PM

Job Description :
The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing prescription medications and ensuring compliance with legal, professional, and ethical standards. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities :
- Accept and dispense prescription medications accurately.
- Monitor patient medication compliance and identify potential overuse or misuse.
- Ensure all medications are prescribed and supplied within legal requirements.
- Maintain confidential and accurate patient records and pharmacy files.
- Advise patients on proper medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions.
- Provide consultations on prescription and over-the-counter medications.
- Educate patients on medical devices such as glucose meters and blood pressure monitors.
- Compound and prepare sterile or non-sterile medications as required.
- Supervise and support pharmacy staff including technicians and clerks.
- Manage inventory of pharmaceutical and medical supplies.
- Identify and resolve drug-related problems through collaboration with healthcare teams.
