About The Position

Job Title : Patient Services Representative

Location : Detroit, MI

Working Hours : Must Be flexible (No Guarenteed Working Hours)

Job Duties

• Greet and acknowledge patients warmly upon arrival and dismissal
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries according to DCA policies
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments, including no-shows and cancellations
• Register patients and maintain an accurate appointment book
• Post charges and payments to patient accounts
• Check voicemail regularly and maintain a clean, welcoming waiting area
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by staff or Office Manager
