Company Description

Sora ensures rescue supplies are properly maintained, monitored, and accessible during crises. Sora containers provide essential items like naloxone, tourniquets, compression bandages, and hemostatic dressings. Each container has step-by-step instructions and QR codes linking to pre-learn materials. Sora's web application monitors rescue supplies, sends expiration reminders, and reduces labor management. Geolocation mapping allows 911 dispatchers to direct callers to the nearest Sora container.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Leader at Sora, located in Providence, RI. The Sales Leader will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and providing training to the sales team. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, presenting Sora products, and closing sales. The Sales Leader will also handle customer service inquiries and develop sales plans to achieve targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales experience and effective Sales Management abilities
  • Experience in Training sales staff and ensuring knowledge transfer
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in sales in the AED sales / medical device / safety / facilities solutions
