Job Description
Manage the new vehicle inventory including ordering and dealer trades. Own recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

Responsibilities
Increase market share and achieve sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.Manage the new vehicle inventory including ordering and dealer trades.Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.Own recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.Desk Deals, Track Gross Logs and RDR cars.Requirements
Ford Dealership Management Experience Preferred.A proven track record of success consistently meeting or exceeding targets.MUST be an active, hyper-aware manager with excellent closing skills.Excellent customer service skills, sales ability, and positive attitude.Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.Strong business sense and industry expertise.Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.Terms
